i am that guy. you know what i’m talking about, the guy who gets a song stuck in his head but doesn’t know the whole song and can’t stop singing the one line he DOES know… a couple of weeks i really got on the office manager’s nerves because i kept singing a line from a hillsong united song, “oh i…love you…always…” i must’ve repeated that same line outloud for four hours straight. of course, it didn’t help that after an hour she let me know that it was really starting to bug her.

anyway, i’ve got another song in my head right now, called the one i love by david gray. i think it came out last year on his life in slow motion album. it rocks…in a laid-back, acoustic way. i never liked david gray much until this album changed my mind. now i have several of his older ones and listen to them on a pretty regular basis. so, there you go. buy the album, or borrow it from somebody who has good musical taste, because they probably already own it.
