muffin top challenge

this week, i got in a little more work out time, and i ate a little better, including a few vegetarian meals (which i was surprised it didn’t hate), and i only had two sodas this week. i tried to drink more water, but i kept forgetting. here’s the result of this week’s weigh-in.

starting weight: 213
weight goal: 180
last weigh-in: 211.8
current weight: 211.8
weight loss: 0

i didn’t lose anything, except for another week. this week’s plan: water water water, continue to eat better, run five times.
