yo yo yo. sorry to post so late in the day: normally i post the muffin top updates early sunday morning. you didn’t miss much.

gretchen told me i’m not taking this seriously enough, and she’s right. i’m serious about wanting to be healthier, but i make diet or exercise acceptions at least twice a week. it’s got to be a lifestyle change, not a short-term commitment.

more water. exercise every day. no soda. no exceptions.
