1. good weekend. spent some time just chillin’ with my fam, which is always nice.
2. ella and i hung out all day on friday and saturday. very cool, but also pretty tiring. i always regain a higher level of respect for how hard my wife works when i spend an extended amount of time with my daughter. 
3. yesterday was a good sunday. pastor riley’s message was strong. i think the music connected well.
4. i taught my song “holy God” during second and third services. if you weren’t there, it goes like this:
we’re doing it again next week, so learn it. 
5. my knee felt really good this morning during my workout. it’s a little bit tight right now, but it doesn’t hurt. (yet…)
6. pastor riley showed me this the other day. i found it pretty incredible and worth sharing with you. weird. i actually almost cried a couple of times…does that make me a sissy?
